Ballast tank partitioning to improve MV Butiama's operating stability.

MV Butiama's ballast arrangement was limiting the vessel's stability margins in service. Aquarian redesigned and rebuilt the ballast tank layout, partitioning the space to give the vessel finer control over trim and stability across its operating conditions.
