Most marine work in Tanzania is split across several suppliers — one to survey, another to weld, a third to source the steel, a fourth to supply the crew. Every handover is a delay, and every delay costs a vessel its earning days.

How we work
Four commitments we hold to on every contract
We survey before we quote.
A price built on assumptions becomes a variation order later. Where the scope allows it, we inspect first and quote against what is actually there.
We work to marine standards.
Hull steel, coatings and machinery on a working vessel face loads and corrosion that shore-based work never sees. Our specifications reflect that.
Nobody gets hurt.
Every crew works in full PPE, to a method statement, with a competent person supervising. The standard does not move.
We hand over documented.
Photographs, measurements, materials certificates and as-built notes — a file you can hand to a class surveyor, insurer or auditor.
Tell us what needs fixing
Send us the vessel, the site or the scope and we will tell you honestly whether it is work we should be doing. If it is not, we will usually know who should.
