Geotechnical Investigation, Bunda–Ukerewe
Subsurface investigation across a wetland corridor to characterise ground conditions ahead of infrastructure design.
Aquarian carried out geotechnical investigation along the Bunda–Ukerewe corridor to establish subsurface conditions ahead of infrastructure design and construction. Working across wetland ground, the team completed drilling, sampling and in-situ testing to characterise soil and rock properties and assess the site's suitability to carry the intended structures.
Scope delivered
- Borehole drilling across the investigation corridor
- Standard penetration testing at specified depths
- Soil and rock sampling
- Laboratory testing and analysis of material properties
- Geotechnical reporting with foundation recommendations
